Returns & Refunds

1) If you receive your order and you receive it in a damaged / faulty condition or the wrong order then please notify us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving it by sending us an e-mail to : cottoncandyflossgifts@gmail.com
The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 
Proof of purchase will also be required. The cost of sending back the item/s to us will be borne by us.
We will then replace the faulty item/s or send you the correct order at our own expense. Else you can elect to have your order refunded.
 
2) If you order the wrong size or change your mind and want to return the item/s ordered, then you have 7 days from receiving the item to notify us by sending us an e-mail to : cottoncandyflossgifts@gmail.com. The item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  Proof of purchase will also be required. The cost of sending back the item/s to us will be borne by you. If you then have another item/s sent out to you as a replacement, the cost of sending the item/s will then also be borne by you. If a refund is processed because you have changed your mind the cost of originally delivering the item/s to you can not be refunded.
