Ordering & Delivery
1) How to place an order.
You can order directly from our website and pay online via:
- direct deposit /EFT into our bank account
- cash on collection
For direct deposits / EFT’s into our bank account , our banking details will be emailed to you and all orders will only be processed and shipped once proof of payment has been received. Proof of payment can be sent to: email@example.com / 072 55702 55
Orders made on Weekends & Public Holidays will be attended to on the next business day thereafter.
If you prefer, you can send us your order via e-mail. Payment can then be made via EFT and proof of payment emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org

2) Stock levels.
We try our best to keep our stock levels up to date on our website. But if for some reason you place an order for something that is out of stock, we will gladly refund you or offer you an alternative or get you what you ordered as soon as possible. (our products are hand made so the turn around time for an item that we do not have in stock can be up to 2 weeks sometimes)
3) Delivery Methods

Rest of South Africa: R95
Delivery times take between 1 -3 working days , depending on delivery address.
Please make sure that you place your order in time so as to avoid any disappointment.
We only deliver to physical addresses (business / home) and not to PO Boxes/ Post Net Addresses. Please make sure someone will be available during office hours at the delivery address supplied so that the courier can deliver your order.
International Delivery: Please enquire with us directly before placing an order so that we can give you an accurate cost of delivery to your overseas destination.
